Have you done your Mammogram Screening recently?

According to the Singapore Health Promotion Board,  women who are 50 years old and above are recommended to go for a mammogram once every two years. Mammogram screening is also recommended for women aged 40 and above, especially those with a family history of breast cancer. However, if you have concerns about your breast health or have a higher risk of breast cancer, screening may be recommended at an earlier age.
