SUPERVISED ART (TELE-ART)

During the test

1. Please ensure you are in a private area, away from human traffic.
2. Your video must be turned on throughout the duration of the test.  Position your camera such that your face and test kit is clearly visible at all times.
3. WhatsApp the following information to us at 8100 3133:
   • Screen capture of the payment info/electronic receipt
   • Your full name and NRIC / FIN / Passport
   • The brand / model and batch number of the ART kit
   • Your date of birth / sex / address
4. Hold up your NRIC/FIN/Passport with your face visible for verification
5. Get ready two unopened ART test kits (one for the test and one for standby); show us the box with the test kit and make sure that the test kit batch ID is visible
6. Follow our staff’s instruction on when to proceed with the testing process.  (Raise your hand or type your questions in the chat box if required).
7. Show us the result on the test kit when requested at the end of the 15 minutes observation period.

The entire process will take about 30mins. You will receive your result within 1 hour after the test via WhatsApp.

Should you face any other issues, please text us via WhatsApp at 8100 3133 (replies only during working hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm Mon to Fridays). Upon completion of the test, you will be issued a notarised travel certificate, and your ART status will be reflected in the TraceTogether app.
